Red Mountain Med Spa is delighted to introduce you to the two newest members to the RMMS Aesthetician Team, Camille Gahr and Kristine Leonard.

Camille Gahr

Camille is a Licensed Aesthetician and a Certified Laser Clinician, who specializes in non-invasive and minimally invasive laser and aesthetic treatments. She is certified by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology and the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency. She comes to us from San Francisco where she worked with the world-recognized Cosmetic Dermatologist and developer of the PhotoFacialSM procedure, Dr. Patrick Bitter, Sr. Camille derives immense satisfaction in sharing her expertise and cutting-edge knowledge in skincare science, laser technology, and body contouring with her clients. Camille specializes in PhotoFacial IPL Rejuvenation, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peels, and all aspects of esthetic medicine. With a relentless commitment to quality care, she develops a customized treatment program that targets each individual’s needs so that every client receives the results they are striving for. In Camille’s spare time, she spends time with her two Dachshunds, Cabo and Lulu, exploring and getting acquainted with their new home in the desert.

Kristine Leonard

Kristine is a Licensed Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and is very excited to have joined the team at Red Mountain Med Spa. Kristine has over 7 years of experience in the Aesthetics Industry, serving as both an Aesthetician and Laser Technician. She received her education at the National Laser Institute and National Aesthetics Institute, both in Scottsdale. She will predominantly be working at the Glendale location, but will occasionally be helping in Scottsdale and Mesa. Kristine has always had a passion for skin care and specializes in working with patients who have melasma and adult acne. She is excited to be working with great people and serving as a skin care expert for her patients.

What is Sublative Fractional Rejuvenation(RF)?

What is an Sublative RF treatment like?

After your treatment, a pink or red “sunburn-like” appearance and feeling is also common. Typically, the only thing patients experience post treatment, is a pattern of micro spots, which can easily be covered by make-up and generally disappear in a few days after the treatment.

How many office visits are required?

Jennifer’s Story:

When I first started the HCG program, I was more than a little skeptical. I had tried every diet you could imagine, so when I heard about the HCG diet, I just thought it was another diet to try. Well, I was wrong, it was not just another diet. After just two weeks on the program, I had lost 12 pounds. The weight just started coming off, it was amazing! I never could have imagined losing the weight that quickly and how my body was transforming. I went from a size 16 to a size 4.

I, myself, can’t take all the credit, because without the help of the staff at Red Mountain Med Spa, I would not have come as far as I have today. The staff and doctors at Red Mountain Med Spa are amazing. They are extremely supportive and truly want you to achieve any goal you have set for yourself.

When I look at myself in a mirror, I actually want to look at myself and I don’t mind looking in a full length mirror anymore. I will tell you that at times it can be challenging, but do what I did and keep reminding yourself of the end result. This is an incredible feeling and its one that I thought I would never feel. Fresh Tomato Salsa with Cucumber "Chips"

Servings: 1
Active Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

• 1/2 cup Cucumber, sliced
• ¾ cup Tomatoes, finely chopped
• ¼ cup Onion, finely chopped
• 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
• 1 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
• Salt and Pepper (to taste)
• Pinch of Garlic Powder
• Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (if desired)

1. Cut cucumber in to ¼ inch slices.
2. Chop tomatoes, onion and cilantro.
3. In a bowl, toss the tomatoes with the onion, vinegar and cilantro.
4. Add salt, pepper and other spices.
5. Serve the salsa with the cucumber chips for dipping.
