Breann Brown

Breann is a Licensed Aesthetician and a Certified Laser Technician. She is very excited to have joined the Red Mountain Med Spa team and is looking forward to helping people with their skin care. She has 3 years experience in the aesthetic industry. She attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. After completing her degree she pursued her passion for becoming an aesthetician. She attended Pure Aesthetics in Tucson and then decided to further her education at iMAJ Institute in Scottsdale, where she was certified in laser hair removal, vascular reduction, Fotofacials and tattoo reduction. She will predominantly be working at the Glendale location, but will occasionally be helping in Scottsdale and Mesa. Her specialties are vein reduction, hair removal, cellulite and circumference reduction, reduction of hyperpigmentation and age spots, and chemical peels.

Kristine Leonard

Kristine is a Licensed Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and is very excited to have joined the team at Red Mountain Med Spa. Kristine has over 7 years of experience in the Aesthetics Industry, serving as both an Aesthetician and Laser Technician. She received her education at the National Laser Institute and National Aesthetics Institute, both in Scottsdale. She will predominantly be working at the Scottsdale location, but will occasionally be helping in Glendale and Mesa. Kristine has always had a passion for skin care and specializes in working with patients who have melasma and adult acne. She is excited to be working with great people and serving as a skin care expert for her patients.

Crystal Parilla

Crystal is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician who has been in the medical industry for over 11 years. In order to expand her knowledge and skills in this field, she trained with several well known Dermatologists and Nurse Practitioners. She was an instructor for a comprehensive laser course and is also a Laser Safety Operator. She's trained over 600 doctors, nurses, and aestheticians on non-ablative laser systems, IPL Fotofacials, hair removal, vein reduction, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, and tattoo removal. She will predominantly be working at the Mesa location, but will occasionally be helping in Glendale and Scottsdale. Crystal specializes in skin resurfacing, Fotofacials and vein reduction.

Story:

Halibut with Asparagus & Orange

Servings: 2 servings
Active Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

• 2 15x15-inch squares parchment paper
• 2 -3.5 oz Halibut fillets
• 6 fresh Tarragon Leaves
• Salt & Pepper (to taste)
• 3 cups Asparagus spears, trimmed, cut into 1 1/2-inch    pieces
• 2 tbsp - Juice of Orange

1.	Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.	Place parchment squares on work surface and place 1 fish fillet on each.
3.	Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper; top each fillet with 3 tarragon leaves.
4.	Arrange asparagus around each fish fillet; pour 1 tablespoon orange juice over each.
5.	Fold parchment over fish and asparagus, folding and crimping edges tightly to seal and enclose filling completely. Place on 2 rimmed baking sheets, spacing apart.
6.	Bake fish packets 17 minutes. Slide packets onto plates and serve.
